5-Box Welcome Subscription – Annual Pay – SP Priority Member

CAD $575.00 for a Full 5-Box Subscription  -  billed once, includes all shipping*

Your subscription will start with the Welcome Box and include 4 Seasonal Boxes thereafter for a total of 5 boxes. Every box is filled with Canadian products from local businesses and handmade artisans! Each box has an approximate retail value of $160 - $200, and contains 6 - 10 items.

As an Annual Pay Subscription membership for those wishing to pay upfront to receive a full 5-box service. You will receive a new box every 3 months over a 12-15 month period.**  Your subscription will include: the Welcome Box, Summer Box, Fall Box, Winter Box, & Spring Box. You will have the option to renew your subscription for additional boxes at the end of your term. 

By purchasing an Annual Pay Subscription you will become a “SP Priority Member”. You will have the option to customize specific items in all 5 boxes. Annual Pay members will also benefit from a reduced price per box, and an earlier ship date than our Quarterly Pay Members. Once your order has been processed you will receive a Sweet Peas Customization Survey to select items. You will receive a new survey prior to every box shipment, so check your email inbox and complete it to customize your boxes!

**The subscription period depends on when the ordered is placed, and whether the Welcome Sweet Pea Box is shipped mid-season.  This will determine whether the service will be completed within 12 to 15 months.
